Many land developments have open days or family fun days to try and attract potential buyers to their address. For our client and their project Stonecutters Ridge, we took this tactic to another level by creating a festival.
The idea behind the name of the festival was to take ownership of the phrase and associate it with living at Stonecutters Ridge.
Through exposure to the entertainment, activities, food and wine at the event, we wanted to leave people saying, “This is the life!” We promoted the festival with press, radio, direct mail and web activity and attracted over 1,200 people.
