2010 SA Tourism Exhibition

Project:2010 SA Tourism Exhibition Client:SA Tourism Commission

Martins Integrated recently designed, constructed and installed the new "Green" 730m2 South Australian Tourism Commission’s (SATC) exhibition set which comprises 35 operator booths with a central hub incorporating a reception, lounge area, meeting room and T-Bar with a casual area.

Overhead illuminated cubes create a stunning effect and provide lighting and acoustic control.  The set is fully de-mountable and can be reconfigured for any venue around Australia. First use for SATC’s new set was at this year’s Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE), held during June in Adelaide. ATE provides international travel companies the opportunity to experience Australia first hand and to do business with our local tourism operators.

For ATE we were also asked by SATC to create a design for a life size Kangaroo sculpture. Our design solution and decorated Kangaroo feature Australian brands that have paid tribute to this national symbol.  Having grabbed the attention of visitors to ATE this Kangaroo sculpture is now headed for Belgium.
