In the past 32 years Martins Integrated has earned a solid reputation as specialists in developing fully integrated marketing solutions for clients in the property sector.
Whilst this sector has been undergoing challenging times as a result of the Global Economic Crisis, Martins Integrated has been able to share its expertise with some new clients in the sector, making a contribution towards successful outcomes.
During the past few months Martins Integrated has won significant projects from the State and Territory Government corporations responsible for managing South Australia’s and the ACT’s portfolio of land assets.
LDA (Land development Authority) Canberra has appointed Martins Integrated to its Bonner residential estate, Kingston Foreshore medium density project fronting onto Lake Burley Griffin, Hume West Industrial Estate and City Hill inner city hotel and residential sites.
LMC (Land Management Corporation) Adelaide has appointed Martins Integrated to redevelop its website for Playford Alive, with 40,000 residents planned by 2020 and an advertising campaign for Edinburgh Parks.
